Please submit your athlete deposit or remainder  for the Beast of the East in Clermont, FL (near Orlando) over 12/12 – 12/14 weekend.   Payment can be made through link here via debit, credit, or PayPal.  Or payment can be made via Venmo @CarolinaWPC.

We plan to combine with Orlando United at some age groups and hope to bring 12U coed, 14U Boys (or mixed), 14U girls, 16U Boys/Girls, and 18U Boys/Girls.  Once we finalize the roster and better know the total number of players & coaches, number of games, & travel costs, I’ll request the remainder of the athlete fee.  I expect the full amount to be around $185 – $235.  It will be less with more players and could be slightly higher if we bring smaller teams and double roster a bunch of players.  Games are expected to start Friday morning and finish late Sunday afternoon.  It is probably best to fly through Orlando and book return flights after dinner on Sunday evening.

Your entry fee is your commitment to attend and secures your athlete’s roster spot.  Because it may prevent another player from attending the event – it is non-refundable should your athlete choose not to go.  Credit or refunds may be given in the case of injury or other special circumstances.   Plenty of players have expressed interest in this event.  However, your deposit will be refunded if we do not get enough commitments to send a team at one or more age groups.
