Description

On Dec. 13 – 15, we will take boys and girls teams to the Beast of the East Tournament in Orlando, Florida.  Games will be at the National Training Center in Clermont, FL (near Orlando) and are expected to start Friday morning and finish Sunday afternoon.  Please plan travel accordingly.

We may enter multiple age groups and expect to need to double rostering a number of players. This is a USA Water Polo sanctioned event and athletes will need a Bronze Level Membership or higher.

Please use the link here or Venmo @CarolinaWPC to submit a deposit of $125 as soon as possible.  The deposit is your athlete’s commitment to attend and determines which age groups and how many players we roster.  It is non-refundable since one athlete’s commitment may prevent another athlete from attending or guest players from being invited.  Exceptions may be made in the case of medical or family emergency.

The remainder of the deposit will be due closer to the tournament date and will depend on the number of athletes we bring and the cost of the tournament fees and coaches’ travel expenses.   Because this is a 3-day event with significant travel and right now rosters are small, I expect the entry fee to be around $175.
