Description

Players who are unable to join our Greensboro or Hillsborough location regularly or who can’t commit to a full season but would like to join a workout are welcome to drop-in for $20.   Drop-ins are designed to to allow active players to add occasional workouts at an alternate location or to help inactive players remain connected to the program when otherwise committed.

Drop-in’s are not designed as substitutes for committed participation.  Players who have special circumstances can pre-arrange a pro-rated fee for the number of practices they are plan to attend.
