1 and 2 day options
Wednesday evenings @ Casey Natatorium (NCSU) from 6:30 – 8:00
Sunday afternoons @ the OC Sportsplex (Hboro) from 4:00 – 5:30
Boys & Girls
Ages 10 – 14 and 14 – 18
No Experience Necessary
Strong swimming ability required
Optional practices & games are also available at our Greensboro location

Development Group:
Mondays 6:00 – 7:30
Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:30
Select Group:
Mondays 7:00 – 8:30 @ HL
Wednesdays 6:30 – 8:30 @ GAC
*An annual registration fee of $55 is required in the fall & is used for insurance and administrative purposes providing group coverage to rent the GAC, the Sportsplex, NCSU, EAC, and other facilities. All athletes are required to join and maintain their own USA Water Polo Membership.
ATHLETES WANTED!
Free trials are encouraged. It often takes a few practices to get used to water polo but improvement happens quickly and athletes become very passionate. We encourage all new athletes to try two or three practices before committing to the season.
